Discussed by Eva Pierrakos in her Guide lectures on becoming conscious, our Lower Self, which resists life and true love, is that within us that seeks transformation to a higher level of being.  Other models of consciousness use the terms Ego or Shadow Self.  We will practice discernment and discovery of these essential aspects of self which, when embraced, can guide as to the truth of our highest self.

The intention of this 3.5-hour workshop is to support heightened awareness of yourself and your world.
