Couples Date Night: Getting Closer

FOR COUPLES ONLY, in any stage of relationship, from dating to long term.  Facilitated by Aluvia.

On the fourth Friday night of each month, July through December, this 6-workshop series will offer something different each time.  You can attend all 6 workshops (see package opportunity while available), or as many as you like.

Enhance your feelings of closeness with your significant other.  Discover how your relationship dynamics support or undermine your intimacy, without trying to figure things out.  We will use energy consciousness skills, movement, verbal, non-verbal, and touch communication to invite connection and self-revelation.

This workshop is about Creating Union, but problem-solving may be an outcome.  There is a place in consciousness that heals those issues and challenges created at the level of thought and the mind.  You will be guided to connect with each other from this place. 

Come in relaxed clothing, with the intention to play and enjoy, be open to possibilities and to effortlessly surrender to the guided processes.    As with any adventure, you may experience a range of emotions, so bring your courage too.

Whatever the level of closeness in your relationship, there’s always more when it comes to intimacy!
