We play many roles in life which require much time and energy.  With all these "selves" we present to and for others, it's easy to lose sight of OUR true authentic selves.  We are often so busy and caught up in "doing" for others that we make little or no time for ourselves.  We may question your sense of purpose and fulfillment. 

We are given the chance to live our lives to the fullest and make our mark.  You owe it to yourself to play BIG.  Living an extraordinary life does not mean you have to turn your back on supporting others, but it does require you to be in touch with your authentic self each day, take action toward your goals, and to be committed to living the life you want.  YOU DESERVE IT!

The workshop will offer both an introspective and interactive format where you can:
1. Enter a safe space in which you can open yourself up to create possibility in your life.
2. Dig deep to discover what your true calling is for your life and how to move forward.
3. Remove negative self-talk and barriers that keep you from becoming your best self.
4. Gain critical tools designed to help you create your vision for renewal and action.
5. Receive personalized guidance from an expert coach on creating your plan and making it a reality.

The design format for this workshop will include a combination of:
    · Core concept discovery and review led by an experienced wellness facilitator
    · Individual introspection, reflection and action planning for application and improvement
    · Practical tools application
    · Hands-on tranquility, reflection and stress reducing experiences
