First, connection with one’s self, then with the other.  Healing, or living as our best, creative and thriving self, begins with a positive intention to welcome and embrace all that is within us.  We will take the opportunity to discover and reveal our tender aspects, by co-creating an open-hearted and safe space to be vulnerable, in-contact, and intimate.

The intention of this 3.5-hour workshop is to support heightened awareness of yourself and your world. 

Workshop will include:

• a guided practice to an expanded state of awareness
• metaphysical teachings on the topic
• interactive processes with others
• instruction & experience in using high sense perception
• resources for continuing support
